The Company, whose contact details are given on the ‘contact’ page of the website, and the User who communicates personal data to the Company, undertake to comply with the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 (RGPD).
The Company collects and processes the identity data and contact details it receives from the User in particular via the contact form on the website and from any other useful contact person. The purposes of this processing are to answer questions asked by the User, to execute an agreement, to manage customers and their orders, for accounting purposes and for direct marketing activities, such as sending promotional or commercial information. The legal bases are the performance of a contract, the User’s consent, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and/or the Company’s legitimate interest.
The aforementioned personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and, unless the User consents otherwise, will only be passed on to subcontractors, recipients and/or third parties insofar as this is necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the personal data he/she provides to the Company and undertakes to comply strictly with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to the persons whose personal data he/she has provided, as well as with regard to any personal data he/she may receive from his/her own customers.
Personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary for the purposes of the processing and the relationship (whether contractual or not). Users’ data will, in all cases, be removed from our systems no later than 31 December of the seventh year following the collection of the data or the placing of their last order, except in the case of personal data that we are obliged to keep for a longer period on the basis of specific legislation or in the event of ongoing litigation for which personal data is necessary.

Right to restrict processing: the User may request that the processing of his/her data be restricted. This means that the data in question must be ‘marked’ in our computer system and may no longer be used for a certain period of time.
Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”): Subject to the exceptions provided for by law, the User has the right to demand that his or her data be erased.
Right to data portability: Users may request that their data be sent to them in a ‘structured, commonly used and machine-readable format’.
Right of complaint: The User may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
The Company undertakes to implement technical and organisational measures guaranteeing an adequate level of security to protect the confidentiality of the data. The Company shall notify the client of any violation of personal data of which it becomes aware.
